Our couscous is inspired by the festive Moroccan gastronomy. This cuisine comprises a multitude of dishes, prepared with red and white lentils and beans, and, of course, the wonder food that is couscous.

Although couscous is a fundamental ingredient in many cuisines, we owe the ultimate couscous culinary delights to Berber traditional gastronomy. Couscous is also a cult food in many countries and its origin and name are almost mythical. What we do know is that couscous is a cultural dish and that it is a true pleasure to eat every time.
Combine the cold water (375 ml/serving) and the contents of the bag. Mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes.
With Insulating Pan Cover
Simmer 2 minutes on low heat, stirring often. Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 12-15 minutes, stirring once or twice.
