On March 19, 1994, the largest omelette (128.5 m²; 1,383 ft²) in the world, at the time, was made with 160,000 eggs in Yokohama, Japan.

On May 11, 2002, this record was overtaken by the Lung Association in Brockville Memorial Centre, Ontario, Canada, who cracked an omelette weighing 2.95 tons (2,950 kg; 6,503.6 lbs.).

Omelette in Nonstick Pan

1.  Empty contents in a bowl and add approx.150 ml of water. Mix well.

2.  Pour into a nonstick pan, cover and cook on low-medium heat, without stirring for 2-3 minutes.*

3.  Turn omelette, cover and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

Scrambled Eggs (nonstick pan or other)

1.  Empty contents in a bowl and add approx.150 ml of water. Mix well.

2.  Pour in a nonstick pan or in regular pan, preferably with a bit of butter or oil.

3.  Cook, stirring/scrambling constantly until desired doneness.

Soft-Boiled Eggs (1-2 servings only)

1.  Add 75 ml of water / 60 g of contents to bag. Mix Well.

2.  Seal bag and place in pan filled with boiling water.

3.  Cook for 7-10 minutes, until desired doneness (eggs are ready when they no longer stick to the bag).

* Cooking time may vary according to heat intensity and preferred doneness.
